Catalyst Vineyard Church + Ardoe House Hotel

India and Euan’s wedding started at Catalyst Vineyard Church in Aberdeen, with family and friends packed in close and plenty of nerves in the room.

The ceremony had the kind of moments I always look for: hands held tightly, quick looks across the room, smiles after the vows, and everyone relaxing once the formal part was done.

Afterwards, the day moved to Ardoe House Hotel. The pace changed into speeches, stories, drinks and dancing, with plenty happening in between the obvious moments.

I photographed it quietly as it happened, looking for the small reactions as much as the big parts of the day. This gallery is a record of how it felt: warm, joyful and very much theirs.
